Call for Papers: European Meeting of the International Microsimulation Association
23-24 October 2014, Maastricht, The Netherlands

UNU‚??MERIT and its School of Governance are pleased to launch a call for papers for the upcoming European Meeting of the International Microsimulation Association. At our last event we hosted more than 150 participants in Dublin, Ireland. This year‚??s meeting will be held in Maastricht, the Netherlands, on 23-24 October 2014.

The conference is open to all areas of microsimulation including static, behavioural and spatial microsimulation methodologies and covering a wide range of policy domains. This year‚??s conference will be held at the Maastricht School of Management (MsM) in Maastricht, the Netherlands. Information on the conference venue and travel directions can be found here. Conference Sessions:
The conference will consist of plenary and parallel sessions. More information on the conference venue and schedule will be announced soon. Participants are invited to register and submit abstracts of up to 250 words using this online application form or via email IMAeuropeanmeet-gov@maastrichtuniversity.nl  by 15 July, 2014. Successful applicants will be notified of acceptance by 31 July 2014.

Fees and Logistics:
Participants are subject to ‚?¨185 conference registration fee, which includes lunches and a final conference dinner (hosted at the picturesque Petit Bonheur restaurant in the heart of Maastricht). Participants are invited to arrange their travel and accommodation individually. A list of recommended hotels, travel information and other details will be provided shortly. Please check the site before your arrival as the information will be constantly updated.
